That’s easy! The Fostering Network publishes a list of all employers who are registered as fostering friendly on their website, which you can view here.
What if my employer is not listed?
If your employer is not listed, don’t worry! This doesn’t mean they don’t have support in place for foster carers and people who are going through the application process.
You can ask your employer or human resources team if they have any policies in place or guidelines they can support you with.
A company may also have informal policies that aren’t written down, which your manager may be able to advise you on.
