Our fostering community is made up of over 122 families from a wide range of faiths, ethnicities and backgrounds, who meet up regularly and support each other alongside our wider social work team.

Our goal is to help looked after children stay close to their friends, family and local community. To help achieve this and to ensure foster carers are not travelling long distances to take children to school and visits, we advise our foster carers to live locally to Rotherham and South Yorkshire.
